These baby rompers are made from 100% knitted merino wool fabric which is 410 gsm thick. In comparison, Green Rose base-layer clothes are 175 gsm thick. Thus, this knitted romper provides your little one with the warmth of a thick woollen sweater without being too thick or restricting your little one’s movements.

These romper suits are meant as second-layer clothes and they could also be used instead of a pram-suit. Of course, these rompers can also be used at home or for sleep if the indoor temperature is a bit colder. Merino wool adapts to the surrounding conditions and helps to maintain optimal body temperature. If it’s cold, it helps to stay warm; if it’s warm, it helps to prevent overheating. It also absorbs moisture and wicks it away.
