GREEN ROSE – ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before purchasing GREEN ROSE products online, please carefully read these Terms and Conditions.
By clicking the “Buy” button, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of the green-rose.eu online store.

1. Personal Data Protection

1.1. To place an order and/or use the services of the online store, the Customer must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required during checkout or registration.
1.2. The Customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted and for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete data.
1.3. The Seller undertakes to process and disclose the Customer’s personal data only to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of the order or as required by applicable laws.
1.4. By accepting these Terms, the Customer agrees to receive informational messages related exclusively to GREEN ROSE activities via the provided email address.

2. Formation of the Purchase Agreement

2.1. A separate purchase agreement is concluded for each order.
The agreement between the Customer and the Seller is deemed concluded when the Customer places an order by forming a shopping cart, providing delivery details, selecting a payment method, reviewing these Terms, and clicking the “Buy” button.
2.2. The agreement remains valid until all obligations under it have been fully fulfilled.

3. Customer Rights and Obligations

3.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Lithuanian law.
3.2. High-quality baby clothing up to size 86/92 is non-returnable.
3.3. High-quality custom-made products (adjusted garment length, sleeve length, or other individual modifications) are non-returnable.
3.4. The Customer must accept the ordered goods and pay the full price, including delivery costs.

4. Seller Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store due to important circumstances without prior notice.
4.2. The Seller may cancel an order without prior notice if payment is not completed within 7 business days after order placement when bank transfer or electronic banking is selected.
4.3. If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered product due to significant circumstances, the Seller shall offer the Customer an alternative product of similar quality and value.
If the Customer does not accept the alternative, the Seller shall refund the paid amount within 5 business days.

5. Prices, VAT, and Payment

5.1. All prices displayed in the online store are shown in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with EU legislation.
5.2. For Products shipped to destinations outside the European Union, the Customer is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees applied by the destination country.
5.3. Customs regulations vary by country. The Seller has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount.
By placing an order for delivery outside the EU, the Customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
5.4. Delivery costs are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.5. Payment methods accepted:

Payment cards
PayPal

5.6. If payment is not completed within 7 business days, the Seller has the right to cancel the order without prior notice.

6. Shipment and Delivery

6.1. Orders are generally dispatched within 3–4 working days after payment has been received, unless stated otherwise for made-to-order or customised products.
6.2. Goods are shipped via postal services, Omniva, or UPS courier, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
6.3. All products sold by GREEN ROSE are new. The Seller does not sell used goods.
6.4. The Customer must provide an accurate delivery address.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the Customer, the Customer shall compensate the Seller for any resulting losses.
6.5. Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the shipment together with the courier.
Once the delivery document is signed without remarks, the shipment is deemed delivered without visible damage.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

7.1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller by email at info @ green-rose.eu
 and return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
7.2. The Customer shall be refunded the price paid for the returned goods, excluding original delivery costs.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days from the date the returned goods are received by the Seller.

7.3. Responsibility for Return Shipment and Tracking
The Customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment unless the Seller offers to organise it.
Returned goods are considered delivered only once they are physically received by the Seller.
The Customer is recommended to use a tracked shipping method.
Until receipt by the Seller, the risk of loss or damage remains with the Customer, unless the Seller organised the return.
7.4. Returned goods must be unused, complete, and in original packaging.
If goods are damaged, used, incomplete, or improperly packaged, the Seller has the right to refuse the return and refund.
7.5. Goods that are non-returnable under Lithuanian law cannot be returned.

8. Exchange of Goods

8.1. If the Customer wishes to exchange goods (size, colour, or model), they must notify the Seller within 7 business days of delivery.
Replacement goods are shipped only after the returned items have been received and approved.

9. Complaints and Communication

9.1. All complaints or inquiries may be submitted via email:

9.2. The Seller undertakes to review complaints in good faith and respond within a reasonable time in accordance with consumer protection laws.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. These Terms and any contracts concluded under them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
10.2. Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably.
If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Lithuanian law.

11. Copyright Notice

All content published on the green-rose.eu website, including product designs, photographs, texts, descriptions, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of UAB GREEN ROSE, unless stated otherwise.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content or product designs without prior written consent of the Seller.
