Delivery Information
We deliver GREEN ROSE products anywhere in the world.
COURIER DELIVERY INFORMATION
Shipping time: we dispatch the orders within 1-3 working days, delivery usually takes around 3-5 working days. Please note, we are exceptionally busy in November and December, thus manufacturing and dispatching orders might take 5-15 working days. If you are ordering during this time and would like your order to be dispatched as soon as possible, get in touch to check which colours and sizes are in stock and ready to go.
Shipping costs: 11-18 EUR (depending on the country). The order is delivered to the provided address.
Courier costs and conditions for the most common destinations:
Germany 10.50 EUR
Scandinavian countries (Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark) 14.50 EUR
Regarding orders going to Norway, we indicate that the items are made in the EU, which means import fees do not apply, however, the customer would still need to pay the VAT fees).
Poland 6.90 EUR
Estonia, Latvia 6 EUR (delivery through Omniva parcel machines)
Other EU countries 11.50 EUR
United States 24 EUR (the customer must pay any additional import fees).
Australia 20 EUR (the customer must pay any additional import fees).
Post costs and conditions for the most common destinations:
The United Kingdom 11.50 EUR (import charges for orders up to 135 EUR are paid by GREEN ROSE, and the charges for orders above 135 EUR are paid by the customer)
Canada 11.50 EUR (the customer must pay any additional import fees).
Other countries 10 EUR.
The customer is responsible for paying any additional customs or import-related fees.
Customs & Import Taxes
Orders shipping to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, or other import fees. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices. They are set and collected by your country’s customs authority or the courier at delivery. Within the EU, customs duties generally do not apply.
Customer responsibility. You are responsible for any customs or import fees applicable in your country and for completing any required customs steps in a timely manner.
If a parcel is returned due to unpaid fees
If your parcel is returned to us because duties/taxes were not paid or required steps were not completed, we will refund the merchandise value minus documented costs incurred for the return (e.g., return shipping, courier handling, or customs processing fees).
