For comparison, this sweater is 410 g/m² thickness while GREEN ROSE base-layer clothes are 175 g/m². This roll-neck sweater is equivalent to a thick woollen sweater in warmth but without the uncomfortable bulkiness and thus does not restrict the child. In addition to that, merino wool is very soft and can be worn directly next to the skin without irritating it.
