We accept returns and changes. If you buy any of our goods, you have a right to return them, to change the item’s size or color within 14 weeks from the day you received the goods. The goods have to be unused, new and with the original labels. The goods have to be neat and not damaged.
If you have decided to return or change any of our goods, first of all, you have to inform us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and then send them to us.
If you decide to return or change the goods, the client is responsible for the shipment back and the payment.
If it's a change, after we receive the goods, we will inform you and send you the new ones. If it's a return, we will refund you back for the goods within 2-3 week period.
If 14 days or more have passed since your acceptance of the items, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be paid and insured by you.
